DELIVERY POLICY

Showroom Hours  Tues - Friday 11am - 4pm 

To place an order or schedule a delivery form times other than Regular Showroom hours, please place the order online.

Addtional showroom hours by appointment. Please call 307.500.2900

Deliveries can be scheduled for 7 days a week with a minimum of 24 hours notice for delivery days when the showroom is closed.  

A minimum product amount of $75 for designed arrangements, plus the associated delivery fee 

A delivery fee of $15.00 - $25.00 will be added to each order, for each address and recipient. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, we may contract with a courier service and the associated fee will apply.  It may be calculated by mileage or time or a combination of both. Some outlying delivery areas require 24 hour advance notice to schedule a delivery. 

Order cutoff for same day delivery is 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time will be scheduled for delivery the following day.

Timed deliveries can  be accomodated for an additional charge 

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses,  po boxes or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
